MASTER THE RETRO LOOK, AS EASY AS 1-2-3.
1. Apply Ivory Pearl eye shadow over entire lid area. A highlighted lid will focus the attention on the intensity of the liquid liner.
2. Apply Lifeline Liquid Liner as close to the lash line as possible. To create a cat-eye retro look, start with a fine line at the inner corner and gradually thicken it as you approach the outer edge. Then wing out the liner in an upward motion as you reach the outer edge of the eye.
3. Coat lashes with Lash Lust Mascara. Use tip of mascara wand to separate each lash for a greater feathered effect.
OPTION: As a contemporary alternative to the liquid liner, you can create the same look using the Gel Eyeliner and High Precision Eyeliner Brush.
APPLICATION TIPS:
Work in sections rather than drawing the line in one continuous stroke, for a more precise result.
Think of the upper lash line as having three distinct sections: inner, middle and outer. Start with a very thin line at inner corner and continue building thickness as you reach the end of the middle section. Then begin angling the liner brush slightly upward as you reach the outer edge of the lid.
